Ferro-chrome price uptrend to continue
on May 27th, 2008 at 7:54 amDue to tight supply from South Africa and strong demand, the ferro-chrome price is predicted to reach above US$4/pound in the third quarter of 2008.
The soaring costs of freight and coking coal also make the ferro-chrome producers to have the notion of buying their own ships for transport in an attempt to combat the rising freight costs to be more competitive.
