Turkish scrap buying slows
In the third week of June, the export price of American shredded scrap to Turkey was about C&F US$720~727/ton.
Turkey also purchased H1 & H2 (80:20) mixed scrap at C&F US$720~722/ton from the east coast of America. Meanwhile, the import price of billet in Turkey is at FOB US$1,300/ton.
