Taiwan’s Tung Ho Steel has raised its H-beam prices again for July, although both Taiwan domestic and import scrap prices dropped by about NT$1,300 to 1,400/ton.
The company is adding its H-beam price by NT$1,000/ton due to a strong global demand.
Another major H-beam producer, Dragon Steel said they are going to release its July price soon and basically their price will be also increased.
H-beam prices are expected to said past NT$40,000/ton, if demand remains strong.
