Rebar Prices Increase in EU Market

Rebar price to move up in EU –
As scrap prices rose recently, rebar prices in EU market started moving up.
Italian rebar prices were between US$630 and 644/ton during the past few weeks, and prices fell to US$602-616/ton. It is predicted to rebound in January, 2009.
On the other hand, the current rebar prices in Spain were US$560-580/ton FOB, and domestic rebar prices reached US$602-616/ton.
