Taiwan’s scrap metals imports up in September

According to the statistics, Taiwan imported 497,000 tons of scrap in September, up by 57.6 percent than the same time of last year.
The import during the first nine months totaled 2.718 million tons, dropping by 46.6 percent than the same time of last year. It is estimated that all-year import volume would reach 3.62 million tons.
