UAE Scrap Billet Prices to Soar

Billet offers for January stood between US$460-470/ton. Export prices from Russia Metalloinvest and Ukraine Industrial Union of Donbass vary between US$410-420/ton.
In India, billet prices had increased by around US$43/ton. Tightness of supply has been the main determinant of price increases.
