South European Scrap Metal Prices Fall
on April 29th, 2010 at 9:17 pmAccording to yieh.com, South European scrap prices have been down by €20-30 since the beginning of April.
The current heavy scrap are at between €320-340/ton, new scrap and shredded scrap vary between €340-360/ton.
A southern European participant believes that scrap prices are now going down throughout Europe. The current price levels in Italy, Spain and Greece remain stable, but lower than before.
