Taiwan’s Rebar Price Drops Further September 2 2010

Rebar price in northern Taiwan has decreased by NT$300/ton to NT$18,800/ton yesterday.

Although earlier Feng Hsing Iron & Steel hiked its price by NT$300/ton to NT$19,000, the spot price in domestic market kept declining due to sluggish demand.

The price is predicted to drop to NT$18,500/ton, since most buyers held buying to wait further price drop.
