Container Scrap Quotes from US to Taiwan

It’s reported that the quotes of the US container HMS 80:20 (1&2) to steel mills in southern Taiwan have continued to dip to US$420/ton C&F.
It’s said that the steel mills in southern Taiwan would purchase the US scrap with prices of US$420/ton C&F.
In fact, the US scrap prices had ever surged to US$453/ton C&F; however, it started to drop after the New Year.
Last week, the transaction prices of the US HMS 80:20 (1&2) to Taiwan were at US$425~US$435/ton C&F.
