We seem to be at the mercy of the conglomerates and country's which have always dictated the the supply and demand aspect to their advantage. I think its time we limit supply until a more fair exchange rate is given to the providers for a change. I dont see any other recourse in this matter, as just further business practices in the same old manor will just continue to cause the conglomerates of India and china to reap the benefits of scrap metals for their advantage only.
